Where authorized by the customer, we work with suppliers and trusted third-party service providers to help reduce unnecessary cost, improve account handling, and resolve avoidable billing issues.


We manage and coordinate multiple utility services including electricity, gas, water, wastewater, broadband solutions under one structured system.

Where a customer wishes to review its current arrangement, we help assess suitable options, gather account information under customer authority, and assist with the switching process.

We help identify issues such as deemed-rate exposure, unexpected charges, billing confusion, and communication gaps, then work with the customer and supplier to pursue practical resolution.

Where new meter, replacement meter, or related technical work is required, we coordinate with suitable third-party service providers and assist the customer through the process.

Our revenue may come from agreed administration/support fees, supplier or broker commissions, and/or a clearly agreed margin included within the customer’s utility rate. Where BGL collects customer payments under a documented billing arrangement, supplier charges are settled from those payments and BGL retains only its agreed service margin or fee. We do not provide banking, money transfer, lending, or investment services.
